Christine is a New York State licensed, multi-certified cosmetic tattoo artist with over ten years of experience — and a perfectionist about every line.

We talk through the look you want. Bring photos, your favorite pencils and lipsticks — then Christine measures and pre-draws until it’s right.

Pigments are custom mixed for your skin tone and undertones. No pigment line loyalty — just the most harmonious, complementary color for you.

The procedure
About three unhurried hours, with topical numbing throughout. Two clients a day, so you get Christine’s full focus.

Color softens around 30% as it heals. A touchup perfects retention, color and shape for long-lasting, even results.

Is there a healing period? What is the downtime?
All treatments have a healing period, because they involve a needle and pigments — the skin has to heal and seal in the color, just like a body tattoo. Lips usually take about 5–7 days to scab and finish peeling, and brows and eyeliner are similar. Sometimes brows or eyeliner take 7–10 days.
Is it painful?
Everyone responds to pain differently. Cosmetic tattoos are usually a little uncomfortable but widely tolerated — clients report around 3–5/10. I apply topical numbing, plus numbing on open skin throughout the process, to keep you comfortable. If you are extremely sensitive to pain, this may not be the right procedure for you.
How long does the color last?
Approximately 2–3 years, depending on your skin type, oiliness, sun exposure, exercise and exfoliation. Lip work typically lasts 3+ years. I recommend a touchup when you start noticing fading, or every year for optimal results.
What is the most popular procedure?
Soft Powder Brows and Velvet Lips. Soft Powder is the longer lasting, safer for skin and most evenly retaining of all brow tattoo techniques. Velvet Lips is the more saturated version of lip blushing, favored for its more noticeable color and longer lasting results.
